Council and housing association tenants list their current tenancy, search for others looking to swap, and get matched based on location, property type, and what they're looking for - so a swap can happen directly between tenants, without joining a general waiting list or starting a search from scratch.
Who it's for
Anyone with a secure or assured social housing tenancy who needs a different-sized home, wants to move to a different area, or simply wants more control over how and when they move - whether that's downsizing, upsizing, or relocating closer to family, work, or support networks.
How it works
