What we collect

Name, email, phone number, property address and location, listing details and photos, messages you send through the platform, and — where subscriptions are enabled — subscription and billing status from PayPal (we do not store your card details).

How we use it

To operate your account, show and match your listing, send email notifications (matches, requests, messages), and process subscription payments via PayPal.

Location data

Property and desired-area coordinates are used only for matching and map display, obtained via the Google Maps API from the address you provide.

Sharing

Your listing address is visible to other verified users so they can assess a potential swap. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Social media: we may post about your listing on our own social media accounts (such as X) to help find you a swap. These posts only say the size and type of your home, its town and the areas you want, with a link to the listing: never your name, contact details, address, photos or own words. You can object at any time through our Contact page, and we will stop and delete any post about your home.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account and listing data at any time from your profile, or by contacting us.
