Mutual Home Exchange is a listing and matching platform that helps social housing tenants find potential mutual exchange partners. We are not a party to any tenancy agreement, exchange, or landlord decision, and we do not guarantee any match will result in an exchange.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Listings

You must only list a property you are a genuine tenant of, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and images you provide.

4. Mutual exchanges

All mutual exchanges are subject to your landlord's and the other tenant's landlord's approval. Always follow your tenancy agreement and your landlord's mutual exchange process.

5. Subscriptions

Where paid plans are enabled, subscriptions are billed via PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.

6. Acceptable use

No harassment, fraud, discrimination, or misleading listings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

Mutual Home Exchange is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for the outcome of any exchange arranged between users.
