All I had to think about was the exchange day and removal vans. Except, I overslept on the exchange day morning, so I was playing catchup, even when the other swappers had arrived, I was running around boxing stuff. Lol
It took 4 months to find somewhere I liked and they also liked.
It went well when viewing the house for the first time.
