How do you get around Altrincham?
Altrincham station is about a five minute walk from the town centre and is the main reason people move here without a car. Navigation Road is under a mile away and Hale station is a short walk further, with Ashley a couple of miles out.
Buses run from Station House and from stops by Sainsbury's, with more at Hale Station. The bus and rail interchange sitting right next to the shops means you can do a food shop, pick up a prescription and get home without a long walk.
